Schoolhouse Rock Live! follows Tom, a nerve-wracked school teacher who is nervous about his first day of teaching. He tries to relax by watching TV, when various characters representing facets of his personality emerge from the set and show him how to win his students over with imagination and music, through such songs as “Just a Bill,” “Lolly, Lolly, Lolly” and “Conjunction Junction.”
Auditions will be held by appointment on Saturday, March 1 from 2:00PM – 5:00PM and Monday, March 3 from 6:00PM – 9:00PM. Auditioners (ages 14 and up) should sign up for an audition slot here.
No Equity contracts are available for this show. Invited callbacks, if necessary, may be scheduled later in the week. Rehearsals will begin the week of March 9. The show runs May 2 – 11, 2025 and will include Saturday and Sunday matinees.
